The information you provide us is used to help personalize product information and offers to you. Your name and address information is used only for mailing samples offers to you, and will not be given to any third party without your consent. Your e-mail address is used only for sending information and updates to you about BrushLab.com products, tips and the web site. How to Purchase Our Products

You can purchase our products online or, in the US, by calling our Toll-Free number (888) 427-8455. For international orders, please contact us directly via email and we will be able to arrange it for you.

 

Our Payment Methods

Our website is completely secure. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt and protect personal data sent to us over the internet. From the moment you enter our "Shopping" cart, you are on a secure server. All your information, including your credit card number, is encrypted when transmitted and stored in secure server.

If you are still uncomfortable using your credit card number online, you can call customer service at (888) 427-8455 Monday though Friday from 9:30 to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

 

FREE Returns & Refunds:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us for a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

With our 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same original condition.

Returns with BrushLab - It's Easy:

•    You can return your purchase for up to 366 days from the purchase date.

•    Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

•    Return shipping is absolutely
FREE.

•    We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic label.

•    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.

•    Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING IN GENERAL
We use UPS depending on availability and other delivery factors.  We reserve the right of choice of shipping carrier on all orders.  All in stock orders including expedited orders received by 2:30pm U.S. (EST) Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped usually the same day, however, it can take up to 3 business days (not including Sat-Sun) due to unexpected delays such as backorders or backed up orders.  Please see details below.  Most orders are shipped Standard UPS ground.  Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.


NOTE: To be sure you will receive your items on time for special holidays and events, please use our expedited shipping options.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping through UPS - Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.
 
HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS
Orders placed over a Holiday, Late Friday or Weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed and shipped the following business day.


IN STOCK, SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERS, OUT OF STOCK AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS
On occasion, multiple item’s may be placed by more than one customer at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific item.  If this occurs with your transaction, it may cause a slight delay with shipping time to your destination.  If we are unable to ship your order within 3-4 business days from the date you’ve placed your order, then you will be immediately notified by email or telephone to be given the status and alternative available options to proceed with your order.

MILITARY APO/FPO
We currently do not ship to Military Addresses.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND OTHER FEES
All Carriers are considered when shipping International packages.  Shipments outside of the U.S may be subject to fees such as "import customs fees" which include Customs, Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees and other similar fees.
These "fees" are typically collected by the shipping carrier in your area, and are NOT collected for our benefit.  These "import" fees are not a part of our shipping charges. These are fees imposed by your country's customs laws. Please contact your local carriers and customs department to learn more about these fees.  You the importer will be responsible for all "fees" which may be imposed by your country's customs laws including but not limited to duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other fees that may apply at the time package is delivered to you.  If you would like to specify a carrier in particular, you must contact us in advance before we process and ship out your order.  You may contact us (toll free) at 888-427-8455 M-F 9-5 EST.
